Fee Schedule: How Much Wellness Treatment Cost in Burnaby BC?
For any questions and concerns about insurance coverage, please let our staff know before treatment. We will try our best to accommodate you in any way we can.
MSP premium
If you have MSP ‘premium’, $23 will be covered per chiropractic visit. The remaining balance will be your fee to pay, as outlined below:- Initial visit: $87
- Subsequent visit: $47
ICBC car accident
If you are involved in a car accident, ICBC will provide you with different types of treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture, kinesiology (active rehab), counselling, physiotherapy, and massage. You do not need a referral from doctors or lawyers if you come to our clinic within 3 months from the accident since our clinic is directly registered with ICBC. Burnaby Dr Isaac D. Lee’s chiropractic clinic will try to initiate the treatment as soon as possible and directly communicate with ICBC in order to help patient without going through other process. The only thing you need is to bring your claim number and personal health number (PHN). Even if the car accident is at your fault, ICBC may still cover you for your health care treatment.
ICBC allows fully covered treatment for car accident victims. If you’re seeking treatment following an accident, bring your claim number, the ICBC centre that you visited, and adjuster’s name. Dr Isaac D. Lee will contact and confirm the coverage and immediately start treatment. Additionally, ICBC will handle direct billing to a chiropractor for an approved number of treatments depending on each individual case. All in all, the patient is not required to pay any fee out of their pocket.

Extended Health Care Insurances
If you have extended health insurance, please let us know before treatment begins. If you do not see your private insurance below, let us know. We will find out if we can help you be covered by your insurance. We accept most of extended health insurances and most of them allow clinics to do direct billing for patients. How much does your insurance covers is personal information and we can not have access to it but you can either look up the insurance policy or call them to give you the information of how much it covers.Student

WorkSafe BC
if you are injured at your work and you believe this is due to the nature of your work that caused your condition, let us know. This must be approved by your employer first and also from WorksafeBC and your chiropractor. The fee schedule shows the price when you do not have any coverages. Most of our patients are covered by ICBC (car accident case) or extended health insurances through their workplace or their family member’s private insurances.
What covers our treatment sessions?
- ICBC: If you got into a motor vehicle accident, all these costs are covered 100% by ICBC and Healing Sense Clinic does the direct billings for our patients. The only things we need are your ID and ICBC claim number.
- Extended health insurances: Most extended heath insurances and private insurances cover between 80-100% of your cost for the treatment sessions in Healing Sense Clinic. We also do direct billing for our patients.
- WorksafeBC: If you got injured at workplace and your claim is through WorksafeBC, we sometimes can do direct billing for our patients for the treatment approved by WorksafeBC.
- International Insurances: Most international insurances can cover for the treatment for your injuries while your are travelling, working, or studying. Healing Sense Clinic can NOT direct claim for these cases but we issue the invoices after the payment for the services. You can use this invoice to claim to the international insurances.
ICBC Motor Vehicle Accident recovery program: Did you get a car accident?
If you got into a car accident in the Greater Vancouver including Burnaby, Vancouver, Coquitlam, New Westminster, North Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey, and Brentwood areas, you are eligible for ICBC claim number. If you have a ICBC claim number, Healing Sense Clinic in Burnaby can provide our services free of charge to our patients.
You must come to the clinic as soon as possible after a motor vehicle accident happens because ICBC gives certain number of treatment sessions after the ‘accident date’ rather than your start date of the treatment. You do not need doctor’s referrals to come for the treatment.
