Clinical Pilates is a physiotherapist guided, therapeutic movement system designed to improve posture, core strength, flexibility, balance, and full-body alignment. It is not just exercise — it is movement with purpose, created to support both rehabilitation and long-term body wellness.
What is the difference between Clinical Pilates compared to Regular Pilates?
Unlike regular workouts, Clinical Pilates focuses on precision, control, and breath-led movement, helping you build strength from deep within while protecting your joints and spine.
Unlike regular Pilates, clinical Pilates must be run by a certified therapist who has passed a comprehensive training both in their specialty therapy and Pilates. These therapists can combine their therapy's strength with Pilates benefits. For instance, physiotherapist can combine their knowledge of human body, spine, and anatomy with Pilates and therefore aiming to help patients for therapeutic outcome in addition to making the session more interesting.
