Chiropractic Fee Schedule
Are you looking for a clinic that takes your insurance? How much do chiropractic, acupuncture, kinesiology, and counselling sessions cost? Everyone wants to know the fee schedule before they come in to the clinic and we will introduce how much it will cost to have each sessions of any services we have. The final fee patients must pay will depends on what coverage they have. We do direct billing for many different insurances including ICBC, extended health insurances, and some of student network insurances. We also accept other insurances without direct billings and they are WorksafeBC, international health insurances, and some extended health insurances that do not allow clinics to do direct billing. Always put your insurance information or bring your insurance cards to the clinic to see if we can help you with direct billing or not.
Burnaby & Surrey Chiropractic Fee Schedule
- Chiropractic initial: $85
- Chiropractic x-rays: $60 per area
- Chiropractic Subsequent: $60
- Shockwave Therapy: $80-90
- custom orthotics: $450 (tax may apply)
- Car accident case: $0 (we do billing directly to ICBC)
- extended health insurances: varies due to different policies of each insurance.
- student network: $35 initial, $30 subsequent, $60 x-ray/area (100% covered but 1 time/yr)
Burnaby & Surrey Acupuncture Fee Schedule
- Acupuncture initial: $95
- Acupuncture subsequent: $80
- Car accident case: $0 (we do billing directly to ICBC)

Burnaby & Surrey Kinesiology (active rehab) Fee Schedule
- Kinesiology initial: $100
- Kinesiology subsequent: $80
- Kinesiology subsequent (short session): $60
- Car accident case: $0 (we do billing directly to ICBC)

Burnaby & Surrey Counselling Fee Schedule
- Counselling for individual: $150
- Counselling for couple/group/family: $220
- Car accident case: $0 (we do direct billing to ICBC)
- extended health insurance: varies due to different policies of the insurances. Check with your insurance company.

If you have MSP ‘premium’, then you will be covered $23 each time and the rest will be your fee to pay as following. You must check if your MSP is premium or not by calling MSP office or you can register with us and give us the PHN (Personal Health Number) with your information and we can check it for you.

ICBC car accident: If you are involved in a car accident, ICBC will provide you with different types of treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture, kinesiology (active rehab), counselling, physiotherapy, and massage. You do not need a referral from doctors or lawyers if you come to our clinic within 3 months from the accident since our clinic is directly registered with ICBC. Burnaby Dr Isaac D. Lee’s chiropractic clinic will try to initiate the treatment as soon as possible and directly communicate with ICBC in order to help patient without going through other process. The only thing you need is to bring your claim number and personal health number (PHN). Even if the car accident is at your fault, ICBC may still cover you for your health care treatment.
ICBC allows fully covered treatment for car accident victims. If you’re seeking treatment following an accident, bring your claim number, the ICBC centre that you visited, and adjuster’s name. Dr Isaac D. Lee will contact and confirm the coverage and immediately start treatment. Additionally, ICBC will handle direct billing to a chiropractor for an approved number of treatments depending on each individual case. All in all, the patient is not required to pay any fee out of their pocket.

Initial: $35 (covered by school 70-90%)
Subsequent: $30 (covered by school 70-90%)
X-rays: $60 per area (covered by school 100% once per calendar year )
WorkSafe BC: if you are injured at your work and you believe this is due to the nature of your work that caused your condition, let us know. This must be approved by your employer first and also from WorksafeBC and your chiropractor. Dr Isaac Daeyoung Lee in Burnaby will directly contact to WorkSafeBC in order to help patients with injuries from workplace as soon as possible.
Extended Health Care Insurances: If you have extended health insurance, please let us know before treatment begins. If you do not see your private insurance below, let us know. We will find out if we can help you be covered by your insurance. We accept most of extended health insurances and most of them allow clinics to do direct billing for patients. How much does your insurance covers is personal information and we can not have access to it but you can either look up the insurance policy or call them to give you the information of how much it covers.
Most of our patients are covered between 80%-100% depending on the insurance policy sometimes with deductibles.
