Acupuncture is a core practice within Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), with a rich history that spans over 2,000 years. Rooted in ancient Chinese healing traditions, it is based on the concept of Qi (pronounced “chee”), the vital life energy that flows through the body along specific pathways called meridians. When this energy becomes blocked or imbalanced, it can lead to illness or discomfort.
Acupuncture treatment involves gently inserting fine, sterile needles into carefully selected points on the body to stimulate the flow of Qi, restore balance, and activate the body’s natural healing response.
This safe, holistic therapy is commonly used for pain relief, reduce stress, improve circulation, and support overall physical and emotional wellness. It can be effective on its own, or combined with other therapies like chiropractic care, to address a wide range of health conditions.
Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture (FRA) is a natural, non-invasive treatment rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It involves the gentle insertion of fine, sterile needles into specific points on the face and body to stimulate collagen production, increase circulation, and promote overall skin health.
Unlike Botox or cosmetic surgery, Facial Acupuncture works from the inside out — addressing not just the signs of aging but also the underlying imbalances in the body that contribute to aging and skin conditions.
Recommended Course:
A typical course involves 10–12 sessions, usually 1–2 times per week. After the initial series, maintenance treatments every 4–6 weeks help prolong results.
Results May Include:
Noticeable improvement in skin tone and texture within 3–5 sessions
Reduction in fine lines and improved firmness after 6–8 sessions
A more youthful, lifted appearance with long-term care
Who is it suitable for?
Facial Acupuncture is safe for most individuals, but may not be suitable during pregnancy, for individuals with bleeding disorders, severe migraines, or those with pacemakers (in case electrical stimulation is used). A full consultation is always performed prior to treatment.
